Q: Is Legacy Pointe at UCF a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community)?
A: Yes. We offer a Life Care contract, which means that you can move into our community as an independent living resident. And should you need higher levels of care in the future, it’s all right here on our campus.
Q: Is Legacy Pointe at UCF affiliated with the University of Central Florida?
A: You can read all about our affiliation with UCF. Residents enjoy direct benefits from UCF, and the campus is just around the corner, making it easy to attend classes, events, and more.
Q: What does it cost to live at Legacy Pointe?

Q: What higher levels of care do you offer? And do I have to be a resident to access them?
A: Our Health Services includes Assisted Living, Oviedo’s only Skilled Nursing neighborhood, and Memory Support. And we welcome direct admission to all levels of care, you do not have to be a current independent living resident to access them.
